OUR STORY
Founded in 1995 by Keya Tehrani, Coffee X Change Bistro was born from his vision to bring a true coffee house experience to Tucson. Inspired by his time in Seattle and fueled by his background in resorts and high-end restaurants, Keya instilled a commitment to unparalleled customer service and a passion for delivering the finest quality food and drinks.
Jonathan Tehrani, who grew up immersed in the business, spent numerous weekends during his teenage years behind the counter, engaging with customers and envisioning the future of Coffee X Change Bistro. After earning his degree from the University of Arizona, Jonathan joined his father as a partner in the business. Jonathan shares his personal philosophy: "I make it a priority to learn the name of everyone who walks through our doors. It's incredibly rewarding to see familiar faces return and feel right at home."

Just as Tucson has grown and evolved, so has Coffee X Change Bistro. From its origins serving traditional staples like bagels, pastries, and specialty coffees, Jonathan and Keya have expanded the menu to feature unique gourmet creations infused with local flavors. In our 30 years since founding, our dedication to quality and service remains unwavering.
